Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays, promotions, customs processing, severe weather, or other courier disruptions.

Shipping Method

Merevia currently offers standard shipping for all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Responsibility

Merevia is not responsible for:

• Courier, customs, weather, or local delivery delays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
• Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
• Orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported missing

Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the address or recover the package.
